She is currently working for Edinburgh based Landscape practice, Gross.Max where she works on a range of international contemporary urban design projects and competitions and is currently leading a high density urban masterplanning project in Toronto.

Toya’s landing into landscape architecture was a result of her interests in cross-disciplinary arts; Letterpress printing and landscape, music and drawing, sound and space. Having begun explorations into the effect of ‘sound in space’ during her MA project at Greenwich University, Toya has recently co-founded Isoscelees, a Music and Art collective curating events in Edinburgh intending to bring people together through creativity and dance.
