Members of the Sandwich Club commit to the following Club House Rules:
- Designing to reflect upon and challenge society's injustices against minority groups and the environment
- Call in and learn how to challenge appropriately and effectively
- Speak out against all types of discrimination occuring within spaces
- Listening to groups and individuals who face injustices
- Critique, reflect on, and acknowledge our mistakes and be open and willing to change
- Create inclusive work environments and landscapes
- Collaborate with and promote the work of minority communities and individuals
- Recognise and respond to the need for the practice of equity in all our work
