Sam Elstub

 
BA (Hons) + MA Landscape Architecture CMLI




Sam Elstub is a Landscape Architect and Skatepark Designer at Betongpark, with a total of seven years experience in the industry. His work involves activation of communities through landscape and skate facility design and planning. Recently this has included numerous projects of this nature in London and in Norway, Scandinavia. He is also leading a master planning project linking existing and proposed skate spaces in east London.

Sam a lifelong skateboarder and a member of the Hackney Bumps community group, a not for profit, specialising in the regeneration of existing skate spaces and the development of new ones.


After studying at Manchester and Greenwich Universities, he has continued his involvement in academia with guest critic roles at the University of Greenwich and Westminster University, in Landscape Architecture and City Design courses respectively. Sam is also a photographer and contributes to the film photography collective, London Analogue Collective. He leans towards shooting in a documentary style.
